What is Extension?
Domain Name Extensions are the last part of a domain name. It is the part of website address that comes after the period and identifies type of organisation and geographical location.
Example- in netflix.com, .com is domain name extension.
Extension is also known as top level domains (TLD).
Different domain extensions influence how visitors view your website.
For example, a visitor will likely determine that a website ending in .edu is more trustworthy
than a website ending in .zip.
