USP stands for Unique Selling Proposition. USP is the essence of what makes your product or service better than competitors. It’s important to have a USP so as to attract more customers and differentiate your product from the competitors. USP can be related to a specific feature of your product or experience you want to emphasize.
Example
Dominos offers free food if not delivered in 30 minutes. This policy makes them differentiate from their competitors and attracts more customers. It is their USP.
